Dedeman Bostanci Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception and entrance were incredibly helpful and friendly. Gokhan, Deniz, Okan, and Sansal went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The room cleaning service was efficient and I had no issues with it. The breakfast provided was good and the staff at the breakfast area were fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a metro station and near a historical area.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that make any guest feel truly luxurious. the Spa centre is exquisite, with a wide range of massages and treatments that can relax anyone. the indoor swimming pool is big and clean, and the relaxing steam room and sauna complete the Spa experience. the garden area is the perfect spot to enjoy nature while sipping an espresso made with the room's espresso machine. the restaurant is amazing, serving great dinner, buffet breakfast, and Special diet menus that cater to everyone's needs.

The location is somewhat an issue: there are not many shops or attractions around, and it is a bit far from the most touristy spots. this minor issue is compensated by the top-notch service provided by the staff, who are always friendly and helpful, making every guest's stay unforgettable.

The rooms were fantastic, especially the executive suite. the size and facilities were impressive.

The noise from the ballroom when there was a wedding, which could be quite disruptive in the lobby. the location was far from restaurants and metro stations, requiring a 20-minute walk to reach.

Baghdad Street with cafes, shops in short taxi ride. Port terminal for ferry to Adalar is close. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery shops. Quick and easy check-in/out. Loved the hotel.
